25 motivational team building quotes.
Though perfect for coaches and players in the locker room during teambuilding and leadership activities, they speak powerfully to anyone who is part of a team.
Boy, do these quotes bring back memories from my college basketball days!
Every season, the same old thing…
Each season brought in a new group of recruits - complete strangers to all of us returning players.
And Coach gave us the challenge of learning how to become a team.
It wasn't always easy, and it sure didn't happen overnight. But somehow by the time the conference tournament rolled around, we had become a tight unit. We weren't strangers anymore; far from it.
As I look back now over my college career, it was those teammates I remember more than anything else.
Sure, we won some big games (and lost some, too!), but it was because of my teammates that those memories are special. I have long forgotten the numbers on the stat sheets, but I'll always remember the members of my team.
The sport sayings below really capture what it takes to be part of a team. But it takes a lot more than just team building quotes to learn the meaning of teamwork!
